3 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Gaming Rules

When playing on GV99, the individual rules of each game apply. The general gaming rules are as follows:

• Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and are completely fair and unbiased.
• If a game is interrupted or left incomplete due to a technical error, GV99 will refund the relevant bet amount.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

• When a member submits a request to close their own account.

Members who wish to close their account should contact the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining valid balance before closure, though this may not apply in cases of terms violations.

To recover a balance from an account closed due to prolonged inactivity, contact our support team. Please note that applicable administrative fees may be deducted.

8 Limitation of Liability

GV99 accepts no liability for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the account holder's own negligence.
